Southern Dirt TECHSPO

Careers in Grain is giving eight university students the opportunity to attend a three day all expenses paid TECHSPO hosted by Southern Dirt on the 6th-8th of August, 2019. 

Students will be given the opportunity to visit a farm to see how technology has transformed the industry, attend a conference with information on the latest tech and be given the opportunity to learn experientially through touching, feeling and seeing the latest technology available in agriculture.

Upstart Program @ Muresk Institute

Careers in Grain is giving three graduates or early career professionals the opportunity to attend the Upstart Program at Muresk Institute on 30th-31st January, 2019.

UpStart Program participants will learn how to take control of their career, communicate effectively and with influence, develop change management and resilience skills, and manage themselves and their time effectively.

The interactive learning environment will enhance and encourage participants to develop a set of core skills to focus on a successful future.

GRDC Grain Updates

Opportunities are now open for 12 current tertiary students with an interest in the grain industry to attend the 2019 GRDC Grains Research Update at Crown Perth on 25th-26th February, 2019. 

The Grains Research Updates are a premier event in the WA grains industry calendar, with over 600 attending in 2018.  The updates are a two day program showcasing the latest research, technology, market development and management innovations to improve the productivity and profitability of the WA grains industry.
